Adrianne is a writer, translator, and psychotherapist (LCSW in private practice), specializing in the treatment of trauma. She currently resides in the state of Oregon, USA. Adrianne is one of 14,000 children who arrived in the US from Cuba as an unaccompanied minor during the Pedro Pan Airlift in the early 1960s leaving her family and country behind. Adrianne attended Indiana University Masters in Counseling program and University of Louisville Masters in Social Work with a Specialty in Marriage and Family. She was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Student award by the State of Kentucky in 1995.
